Waiting from March to hear from them...Then I called for my mother to find out where her $300 frames were from repair. The woman on the phone told me good luck getting them back, and she accused us of harassment because we want our merchandise back..

She won't answer any questions such as how much or how to do we get them back... NASTY RUDE ..

I consider them stolen...Filed with BBB and the Attorney General..I'm a native NY'er and she gives New York a bad name.. Shame on her for harassing and keeping a senior citizens glasses.

Monetary Loss: $300.
