I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames from this company and the frames were too small. Their policy says if not happy no problem we will return merchandise and charge a 20% restocking fee.

Which I had not problem with. I just wanted my money back Company would not issue a RMA form required to retun the product. They stated the item had been discontinued after it was shipped and it was my problem. I spoke to the customer service person and asked if the product was in stock and was told yes.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE MISLEADING. They told me the vendor was located in Italy but the box the merchandise came in was sent from Marshall, NC.

Now they have my money which they would not refund.

Monetary Loss: $300.

They purposely send no return information with the product.

They only state online that there is a 20% re-stocking fee which is so ridiculous. Companies with good reputations ALWAYS include return information with their product.

I received a call from them and the phone # was 00000000.

They don't want you to be able to reach them via phone.

The sales person was very, very rude when she called me telling me that i neglected to follow the return policy because I did not request an RMA--- This is all a game!!

Do not order from this company, I filed a complaint w. American Express.
